Seis pessoas, entre elas uma criança, morrem após acidente com lancha na divisa entre MG e SP
De acordo com informações do Corpo de Bombeiros mineiro, seis pessoas morreram e nove sobreviveram. Entre os mortos está o piloto da embarcação, que não tinha habilitação e estaria embriagado. A cunhada e o sobrinho do prefeito de Patrocínio Paulista também morreram.
Três sobreviventes foram levados para atendimento médico em Rifaina (SP), enquanto outros seis permaneceram no local sem ferimentos aparentes. Equipes da Guarda Civil e da Defesa Civil de Rifaina foram as primeiras a prestar socorro, por estarem mais próximas do ponto do acidente. O Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais foi acionado em seguida e mobilizou militares de Sacramento, Uberaba e Araxá.
Quando os bombeiros mineiros chegaram, por volta das 23h30, não havia vítimas que precisassem de resgate imediato. Ainda assim, uma equipe realizou mergulho de varredura na área para verificar a possibilidade de outras vítimas submersas, o que não foi constatado.
Segundo relatos de pessoas que ajudaram no resgate inicial, três corpos foram localizados rapidamente, enquanto outros três foram encontrados por um mergulhador amador que estava nas proximidades. A perícia técnica foi acionada e a Capitania dos Portos responsável pela área foi comunicada para apuração das circunstâncias do acidente. As causas da colisão ainda serão investigadas. Os trabalhos das equipes de resgate foram encerrados por volta das 4h30 deste domingo (22/2).
Procurada, a Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG) informou que, assim que acionada, deslocou equipe da perícia oficial até o local onde foi registrado o acidente náutico. "A perícia realizou a coleta dos primeiros vestígios e informações que subsidiarão as investigações. Os corpos de seis vítimas, sendo quatro mulheres, um homem e uma criança, foram encaminhados para o Posto Médico Legal de Araxá, onde passam por exames e identificação. O caso é investigado pela Delegacia de Polícia Civil em Sacramento, e outras informações poderão ser repassadas após os procedimentos de polícia judiciária", diz a nota.
