Trabalhadores de universidades e institutos federais de Porto Alegre entram em greve quinta-feira (26) - Brasil de Fato
Conforme explica a direção do Sindicato dos Técnico-Administrativos em Educação da Ufrgs, Ufcspa e IFRS (Assufrgs), a mobilização ocorre diante do descumprimento do acordo de greve firmado em 2024 e em reação ao Projeto de Lei 6170/2025, apontado pelos servidores como ameaça a direitos da carreira. A assembleia aprovou a paralisação por ampla maioria, com quatro abstenções.
Entre as principais reivindicações estão o cumprimento integral do acordo de 2024, a defesa da jornada de 30 horas e da flexibilização já implementada em setores das instituições, a inclusão dos aposentados nos benefícios da carreira e a rejeição à reforma administrativa e à PEC 38. A pauta também menciona a preparação da campanha salarial para 2027.
Os servidores aprovaram ainda a instalação do Comando Local de Greve (CLG), no dia 26 de fevereiro, e elegeram representantes da entidade para o Comando Nacional de Greve (CNG), que será instalado em Brasília em 2 de março.
Durante a assembleia, representantes de entidades sindicais e movimentos sociais manifestaram apoio à paralisação. Também foram aprovadas moções de solidariedade à Ocupação Sarah Domingues, que atua no acolhimento de mulheres, e de repúdio a ataques considerados imperialistas, com menção à defesa da soberania da Palestina, Venezuela e Cuba.
A mobilização se insere em um cenário nacional de insatisfação com o descumprimento de acordos. Os trabalhadores ressaltaram que a greve não se limita a questões salariais, mas envolve a defesa de um projeto de universidade pública, gratuita e de qualidade. "Sem greve, não conquistamos nada. É preciso ir para as ruas e mostrar que nossa luta é justa", afirmou a categoria.
Segundo a Assufrgs, um levantamento da Fasubra informa que dos sindicatos da categoria em todo o país, 29 aprovaram a greve, enquanto 19 votaram contra.
