Caso Angela Bulbol: Mônica Melo será indiciada por homicídio culposo
De acordo com o delegado, Mônica Melo ainda não foi chamada para ser ouvida, mas assim que estiver recuperada emocionalmente ela será chamada para depor.

A advogada Mônica Melo, responsável pelo atropelamento seguido de morte de Angela Bulbol, 64, ocorrido na última sexta-feira (20), será indiciada pelo crime de homicídio culposo, conforme informou nesta manhã o delegado da Delegacia Especializada em Acidente de Trânsito (DEAT) Thenistocles de Alencar.
Conforme o delegado, o caso chegou para ele nesta manhã de segunda-feira (23). "Acabei de receber a ocorrência, ainda estou analisando as informações, mas de priori o que eu posso afirmar é que a responsável pelo acidente será indiciada", disse Alencar.
De acordo com o delegado, Mônica Melo ainda não foi chamada para ser ouvida, mas assim que estiver recuperada emocionalmente ela será chamada para depor. O delegado ainda está aguardando os laudos de necropsia e do acidente.
Bulbol foi atropelado na tarde de sexta-feira quando caminhava pelas ruas do condomínio Ephigenio Sales, por Monica Melo que dirigia o seu carro, um Mercedes de cor prata de RGN-5C85.
Ângela caiu e bateu cabeça. De acordo com os médicos do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) que a atenderam, ainda no local ela teve uma parada cardíaca.
De acordo com testemunhas, Mônica permaneceu no local do acidente por um tempo, mas teve uma crise emocional e teve que ser levada para o Hospital Santa Julia, após recuperada voltou para casa.
A mulher foi removida com vida para o pronto socorro Dr João Lúcio e depois foi transferida para o Hospital Check Up, onde não resistiu ao ferimento e morreu no início da noite de domingo (21). A causa da morte foi traumatismo cranioencefalico (TC).
