Integrantes do Ministério Público do Distrito Federal e Territórios (MPDFT) escolhem, nesta quarta-feira (25/2), os seis nomes para a disputa do cargo de desembargador no Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e dos Territórios (TJDFT).
A eleição interna está prevista para começar ao meio-dia e segue aberta até 19h. O pleito é feito pelo sistema intranet do MP. Cada votante faz o login e marca as opções que desejar entre os concorrentes. O resultado deve sair ainda esta quarta-feira.
Entre os nomes que estão na disputa, está o do procurador-geral de Justiça do Distrito Federal, Georges Seigneur; o do ex-deputado distrital e procurador de Justiça Francisco Leite; e de Selma Leite Sauerbronn de Souza, vice-procuradora-geral de Justiça.

Desse processo, será formada a lista sêxtupla para a vaga de desembargador no TJDFT. O cargo ficou vago após o falecimento do desembargador Maurício Miranda.
A partir da definição da lista tríplice, o TJDFT encaminhará os nomes para o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, a quem compete a escolha final.
