Escracho no DP: como a polícia descobriu desvio de armas em delegacia

Policiais militares abordaram uma dupla, que ocupava uma motocicleta, em julho do ano passado, na zona norte da capital paulista. Com o garupa, uma pistola foi localizada e levada ao 33º Distrito Policial (Pirituba).
No DP, foi constatado que a arma, a qual seria recolhida para perícia, já constava como apreendida em outra ocorrência, de 2017, na Delegacia de Itapecerica da Serra, na Grande São Paulo.
Era para a arma, conforme registros oficiais, estar no cofre do distrito da região metropolitana, condição impossível de acordo com os fatos.
O Núcleo Corregedor da Polícia Civil de Taboão da Serra notificou a Delegacia de Itapecerica sobre a situação. Uma vistoria comprovou que a arma, apesar de relacionada no livro de registros, não estava de fato na sala-cofre do distrito policial.
Arma da PM também sumiu
A situação foi ganhando volume quando a Polícia Militar, também por meio de um ofício, requisitou a devolução de uma pistola, calibre ponto 40, que havia sido apreendida para perícia — situação rotineira após um PM se envolver em troca de tiros.
O armamento, pertencente ao estado, constava no livro de registros da delegacia e, assim como a arma apreendida com a dupla na moto, havia desaparecido do cofre.
A situação mobilizou uma aferição entre os registros e o arsenal custodiado na delegacia, do qual constatou-se um desfalque de 52 armas, das quais ao menos meia dúzia pertence à PM.
Suposta trava para processos
A Corregedoria da Polícia Civil foi acionada e apura o caso, desde a sexta-feira (20/02), quando a delegacia formalizou o sumiço, por meio de um boletim de ocorrência.
Fontes que acompanham o caso afirmaram ao Metrópoles, em sigilo, que uma das linhas de investigação considera os desvios como uma forma de prejudicar o andamento de processos, em troca de supostos pagamentos.
Serão ouvidos cerca de 20 policiais, entre os quais delegados — tanto titulares como seccionais — que atuaram na região, desde 2019, período em que os desvios teriam começado.
A Corregedoria também irá levantar o histórico em que cada arma foi apreendida, para verificar se o desaparecimento favoreceria suspeitos de crimes.
O número representa 15,6% das 332 armas de fogo apreendidas em Itapecerica da Serra, entre 2019 e 2025, conforme dados da Secretaria da Secretaria Pública de São Paulo (SSP).
Até a publicação desta reportagem, nenhum suspeito pelos desvios havia sido localizado.
