O fisioterapeuta afirmou que existem outras pessoas envolvidas e que, uma delas, teria chamado Pedro para bater em Rodrigo por ciúmes do adolescente com uma ex-namorada. "Pelo que foi entendido até agora, teve um mandante. Esse motorista que estava no carro, o menor de idade que dirigia e é piloto de drift, estava com ciúme do Rodrigo e foi buscar o Pedro para espancá-lo", contou o tio. Segundo ele, o advogado da família já está com provas concretas de que havia mais pessoas envolvidas.

O desejo de Flávio é que as pessoas entendam que não foi uma briga que deu errado e que a morte de Rodrigo não foi um acontecimento acidental. "Foi tudo planejado. O tipo de agressão de um cara muito maior é bem diferente de apenas uma briga de adolescentes", ressaltou.
O tio afirmou que o corpo do adolescente já está no Instituto Médico Legal (IML) e que ele estava a caminho da casa de Rejane, mãe de Rodrigo.
