A Argentina vai enfrentar um novo dia de greve nesta sexta-feira (27/2) que deve afetar diversos serviços públicos do país. A mobilização ocorre no mesmo dia em que o Senado começa a analisar o texto da reforma trabalhista, aprovado na Câmara. No dia da aprovação, uma paralisação afetou mais de 90% das atividades em Buenos Aires.
A convocação foi feita pela Frente Sindical Unida (FreSU). A reforma trabalhista foi aprovada na Câmara dos Deputados na última quinta-feira (19), por 135 votos a 115. Antes, o texto já tinha sido aprovado no Senado, mas como sofreu modificações na Câmara, teve que voltar à Casa.
O projeto foi proposto pelo presidente Javier Milei e faz uma das maiores mudanças na legislação trabalhista argentina desde os anos 1970.
A proposta modifica várias questões dos contratos de trabalho, como mudar o cálculo da indenização por rescisão contratual e permitir o fracionamento do período de férias.
Outros pontos incluem:
Substituição do pagamento obrigatório de horas extras por compensação em folgas;
Autorização para pagamento de salários em pesos ou moeda estrangeira;
Criação dos chamados "salários dinâmicos", com remuneração variável por produtividade ou mérito;
