"Não havia sentido nenhum, porque ele não é sequer investigado [pela Polícia Federal]. Então, é uma medida completamente esdrúxula, mas tudo bem. Se tem alguma dúvida com relação a isso, vamos esclarecer. Zero problema, ele se colocou à disposição da Justiça", declarou. Segundo ele, Lulinha também reiterou que não possui vínculo com os fatos apurados pela comissão.

"O Fábio Luís reitera que não tem nenhuma relação, direta ou indireta, com os fatos elencados no bojo das investigações do INSS no âmbito da CPMI. É claro que não quer estar acima da lei, mas não pode esperar que esteja abaixo", afirmou Marco Aurélio.
A defesa do empresário pretende aguardar uma solução política para tentar reverter a quebra de sigilo antes de recorrer ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
