A Telefônica Brasil (VIVT3) anunciou na noite desta sexta-feira (13) a distribuição de R$ 200 milhões em juros sobre capital próprio (JCP) aos acionistas, conforme decisão do conselho de administração da companhia.
O valor bruto corresponde a R$ 0,06258593142 por ação, com retenção de 17,5% de imposto de renda na fonte, o que resulta em R$ 0,05163339342 por ação líquidos.
Terão direito ao provento os acionistas com posição na companhia até o dia 25 de março de 2026. A partir de 26 de março, as ações passam a ser negociadas ex-juros.
