Estado de saúde de Bolsonaro é grave, alerta médico do ex-presidente
O médico do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Brasil Caiado, informou nesta sexta-feira (13) que o estado de saúde dele é grave e que deve ficar internado por, pelo menos, uma semana. Bolsonaro foi encaminhado ao Hospital DF Star de Brasília, no começo da manhã, após uma crise de vômito e calafrios durante a madrugada.
O boletim médico divulgado no começo da tarde apontou um quadro de broncopneumonia bacteriana bilateral. Bolsonaro está na UTI.
"A tomografia confirmou a nossa suspeita inicial e mostrando uma broncopneumonia bilateral mais acentuada à esquerda. E o que chama atenção, este quadro, esta pneumonia é a maior, mais acentuada em relação às outras todas que ele já teve. Isso requer um cuidado especial agora", afirmou o médico à imprensa.
Brasil Caiado afirmou que este quadro de broncopneumonia bacteriana bilateral foi causado por aspiração decorrente de refluxo associado a esofagite, gastrite e refluxo gastroesofágico.
"Este refluxo, quando é aspirado do pulmão, causa uma pneumonia aguda, grave. Nós o trouxemos rapidamente para cá, a remoção foi relativamente rápida", explicou.
Bolsonaro está recebendo um tratamento de antibioticoterapia venosa e suporte clínico não invasivo enquanto permanece sob monitoramento na UTI. Após receber dois antibióticos, ele apresentou leve melhora, mas ainda relata enjoo, dor de cabeça e dores musculares típicas de infecções.

Ainda a jornalistas, Brasil Caiado afirmou que casos de broncopneumonia costumam exigir pelo menos sete dias de internação hospitalar.
"Depois da medicação houve uma pequena melhora, mas o que nós temos que fazer agora é aguardar o efeito do medicamento", disse Caiado ao comentar a evolução do quadro do ex-presidente.
Bolsonaro está acompanhado pela esposa, a ex-primeira-dama Michelle Bolsonaro (PL), e dois policiais na porta da UTI e, posteriormente, no quarto a que for encaminhado segundo decisão do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). O magistrado ainda proibiu o ingresso de computadores, celulares ou quaisquer dispositivos eletrônicos.
Os filhos de Bolsonaro também estão autorizados a visitá-lo no hospital.
