Auxiliares do presidente Lula buscaram integrantes do STF nas últimas horas para medir o estrago do relatório da Polícia Federal (PF) que aponta menções ao ministro Dias Toffoli no celular de Daniel Vorcaro, dono do banco Master.
O material foi entregue pessoalmente pelo diretor-geral da PF, Andrei Rodrigues, ao presidente da Corte, Edson Fachin, a quem caberá agora decidir pela destituição de Toffoli da relatoria do caso Master no Supremo.
Nas conversas com integrantes do STF, segundo relatos, os ministros de Lula ouviram que a maioria dos magistrados da Corte não teria tido acesso ao relatório da PF. Apenas Fachin e o próprio Toffoli teriam lido o documento até agora.
Ministros do Supremo também relataram aos auxiliares de Lula desconfiarem que ainda há mais a ser revelado pela PF em relação ao material encontrado no celular de Vorcaro. O aparelho foi apreendido em novembro de 2025.
"Ninguém acredita que vai parar por aí. Está todo mundo ligado", afirmou à coluna, sob reserva, um auxiliar que despacha diariamente com Lula.
O que diz Toffoli
Em nota, o gabinete de Toffoli afirmou que "o pedido de declaração de suspeição apresentado pela Polícia Federal trata de ilações". O ministro do STF disse ainda que a PF não tem legitimidade para isso.
"Juridicamente, a instituição não tem legitimidade para o pedido, por não ser parte no processo, nos termos do artigo 145, do Código de Processo Civil. Quanto ao conteúdo do pedido, a resposta será apresentada pelo ministro ao presidente da Corte", declarou.
Tambpem em nota, Toffoli assumiu ser sócio da empresa Maridt, que vendeu participações por meio de fundos no resort Tayayá, no Paraná, para Fabiano Zettel, cunhado de Daniel Vorcaro.
Segundo informou o gabinete do ministro, "a Maridt é uma empresa familiar, constituída na forma de sociedade anônima de capital fechado. Dias Toffoli faz parte do quadro societário, sendo a referida empresa administrada por parentes do ministro".
