O incidente ocorreu sem áudio, o que dificultou a percepção imediata dos parlamentares e dos demais presentes.
No entanto, as redes sociais oficiais da Casa transmitiram a cena ao vivo, enquanto exibiam a sessão em tempo real para o público externo.
O que diz a Presidência da Câmara
Em nota divulgada na quarta-feira 11, a Presidência da Câmara explicou que o vídeo apareceu de maneira repentina no sistema utilizado para apresentações institucionais.
Assim que detectou a irregularidade, a equipe desligou o equipamento responsável e interrompeu a exibição do conteúdo, permitindo que a sessão prosseguisse normalmente.
Segundo a direção da Câmara, investigações iniciais apontam possível interferência externa ou instabilidade momentânea no sistema remoto de exibição como causas prováveis do episódio.
A instituição reforçou o compromisso de adotar medidas para assegurar a integridade das atividades legislativas.

"Os procedimentos averiguatórios já estão sendo adotados com o objetivo de esclarecer integralmente os fatos, adotando as medidas administrativas e jurídicas cabíveis, inclusive para reforço dos protocolos de segurança e controle dos equipamentos utilizados nas transmissões oficiais", informou a nota da Presidência da Câmara Municipal de Laje.
"Constatado o fato, desligou-se o sistema, suspendendo-se a exibição das referidas imagens e retomando-se a normalidade do ato", diz outro trecho da nota. "Reafirmamos o compromisso desta Casa Legislativa com a transparência, o respeito à população e a seriedade na condução dos trabalhos parlamentares."
