Mais uma morte foi confirmada no acidente ocorrido na tarde desta sexta-feira (13) na rodovia ES 257, no trecho conhecido como Morro das Almas, a poucos quilômetros da sede de Aracruz, Norte do Espírito Santo.
De acordo com informações de uma policial militar que atuou na ocorrência, o acidente ocorreu quando um Fiat Cronos rodou na pista e colidiu com um Corsa Classic, que, com o impacto, acabou atingindo um Jeep Renegade que seguia atrás. Chovia no momento do acidente, segundo informações repassadas por populares.
O ocupante do primeiro automóvel (Cronos) foi arremessado do veículo com o impacto e morreu no local. Os dois ocupantes do Corsa Classic foram socorridos; porém, o motorista não resistiu e faleceu ainda na ambulância. Já a passageira foi levada ao Hospital São Camilo com ferimentos. Já os dois ocupantes do Jeep Renegade, um homem e uma mulher, não sofreram ferimentos e saíram sozinhos do automóvel. O trânsito precisou ser interditado para os trabalhos do Samu e Bombeiros e ainda não foi liberado.
