Um homem de 35 anos morreu na noite dessa quinta-feira, 12, na avenida Dois de Maio, no bairro Passaré, em Fortaleza. Ele teria tentado invadir a casa da ex-companheira, que o lesionou com uma faca.
O homem, que não teve a identidade divulgada, morreu no próprio local da ocorrência. Durante a madrugada desta sexta-feira, 13, a mulher apresentou-se espontaneamente em uma delegacia e foi liberada após prestar depoimento.
"As investigações iniciais apontam que ela agiu em legítima defesa", afirmou em nota a Secretaria da Segurança Pública e Defesa Social (SSPDS).
Apesar disso, as circunstâncias do caso são investigadas pela 7º Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP).
A SSPDS ainda informou que o homem morto já respondia por ameaça, crime de violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher e contravenção penal.
