Condenado a cumprir 16 anos de prisão em regime fechado, o traficante de droga Kaik da Silva Araújo, conhecido como "Paloma", foi capturado por policiais militares da 30ª Companhia Interativa Comunitária (CICOM).
Paloma foi presa por volta das 12h dessa quinta-feira (12), na avenida Itauba, bairro Jorge Teixeira 4, após ter sido identificada ficado pelo sistema Paredão, informando um homem trajando blusa preta e short vermelho estava transitando na avenida Itauba, no bairro Jorge Teixeira e o mesmo possuia Mandado de Prisão em aberto por Tráfico de Drogas,
Os policiais identificaram o fugitivo e fizeram a prisão. Ele foi apresentado no 14º Distrito Integrado de Polícia (DIP).
Paloma estava com um mandado de prisão em aberto em seu desfavor expedido pela 2ª Vara de Execução Penal da Comarca de Manaus. O traficante estava fugitivo desde junho de 2023.
