Justiça manda colocar tornozeleira eletrônica em idoso de Blumenau que não tem as pernas

Recentemente, o homem recebeu a condenação final por homicídio no trânsito, em um acidente ocorrido há cerca de 10 anos. A pena ficou definida em 5 anos de prisão em regime semiaberto.
Com a sentença, o idoso foi preso na terça-feira (10) e levado para o Presídio Regional de Blumenau. A defesa então entrou com o pedido para prisão domiciliar diante da idade avançada e do quadro de saúde do cliente. A própria direção do presídio teria feito um documento afirmando não ter condições de manter o homem no local.
A decisão judicial saiu na noite de quinta-feira (12). O idoso conseguiu o direito de cumprir a pena em casa, mas precisaria usar tornozeleira eletrônica. Ao perceber que o homem não tinha nenhuma das pernas para colocar o dispositivo, a Polícia Penal avisou Valgas que o cliente não seria solto, pois não é possível prender o dispositivo em outras partes do corpo, como o pulso, por exemplo.
O advogado precisou acionar o juiz plantonista para conseguir resolver o caso. Já era por volta da 1h30min da madrugada desta sexta-feira (13) quando o idoso teve autorização para deixar a cadeia sem o dispositivo. Ele deve passar 24 horas do dia em casa. A única exceção é para casos médicos.
