A Iguatemi (IGTI11) anunciou, na manhã desta quinta-feira (12), que assinou uma proposta vinculante para adquirir uma participação adicional de 4,5% no Shopping Pátio Paulista, localizado em São Paulo, pelo valor de R$ 113,4 milhões.
Segundo o comunicado, a operação será realizada por meio da subsidiária Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers e envolve a compra da fatia atualmente detida pelo fundo imobiliário BB Premium Malls (BBIG11).
O pagamento será dividido em duas etapas:
70% à vista, na data de fechamento da transação;
30% em duas parcelas anuais e consecutivas, corrigidas pela variação do CDI.
