Em nota, a Polícia Civil informou que a suspeita inicial é de que o homem tenha matado a esposa e, em seguida, tirado a própria vida. A corporação destacou que a hipótese ainda será investigada ao longo do procedimento policial.
"Equipes da Polícia Civil e da Polícia Científica estiveram no local para realização dos primeiros levantamentos periciais e demais providências de polícia judiciária. Será instaurado Inquérito Policial com a finalidade de apurar de forma completa todas as circunstâncias dos fatos", informou a polícia.
Clarice Sartoro Frigo tinha 47 anos e era servidora pública, atuando como professora da rede municipal de ensino. Gilmar Frigo tinha 45 anos e havia sido eleito vereador para o mandato de 2025 a 2028. Antes da carreira política, ele trabalhava como motorista de ônibus.
A Prefeitura de Boa Vista da Aparecida lamentou a morte do casal e decretou luto oficial de três dias. O município também suspendeu o expediente nas repartições públicas municipais nesta segunda-feira (16), com exceção dos serviços essenciais. "Neste momento de dor e consternação, o Município manifesta sua solidariedade aos familiares, amigos, colegas de trabalho e a toda a comunidade boavistense", afirmou a prefeitura.
