Mendonça determinou que a medida seja tomada com extrema urgência. Segundo ele, a Polícia Federal deverá atuar em colaboração com a presidência da CPMI do INSS para retirar os equipamentos armazenados no local. Uma nova separação dos dados deve ser feita pela PF e pelo comando da CPMI, "de maneira que eventual conteúdo que diga respeito exclusivamente à vida privada do citado investigado não seja compartilhado com a referida Comissão Parlamentar", escreveu o ministro, na decisão.
Na semana passada, mensagens de Vorcaro com a ex-noiva, a modelo e influenciadora Martha Graeff, foram divulgadas após vazarem. A defesa da ex-noiva divulgou nota afirmando que a modelo estaria sendo vítima de "grave violência" e que estudava acionar a Justiça a respeito do caso. Os advogados de Martha definiram a exposição das mensagens como "manifestamente ilegal e impressionantemente inútil" e que elas teriam sido trocadas no "sagrado ambiente restrito da intimidade de casal".Martha chegou a ser convocada pela CPMI do INSS para depor, em um requerimento aprovado na semana passada, mas que não teve data agendada.
Senadores que integram a comissão afirmaram que a CPMI recebeu menos de 1% dos documentos ligados à quebra de sigilo do banqueiro, que foram enviadas para a PF após a decisão do STF.
