Startup cria projeto de educação alimentar interdisciplinar com uso de HQs e jogos interativos
Iniciativa utiliza gamificação e narrativas visuais para estimular hábitos saudáveis e combater ultraprocessados no ambiente escolar
O alto consumo de ultraprocessados no ambiente escolar preocupa especialistas e famílias. Os danos à saúde podem ser graves e irreversíveis, especialmente para crianças e adolescentes que, muitas vezes, não têm acesso a opções saudáveis nem a uma educação alimentar de qualidade.
Para enfrentar esse cenário, surgiu a startup Semeando Educação Nutricional (SEN), criada por professores da Universidade Federal de Alagoas (@ufaloficial). O projeto estabelece parcerias com instituições de ensino do estado e desenvolve ações educativas interdisciplinares, integradas às disciplinas já trabalhadas em sala de aula. Assim, a alimentação saudável passa a fazer parte do cotidiano escolar e da vida das crianças também fora da escola.
A iniciativa foi idealizada por Mônica Assunção (@monica.lopesassuncao) — nutricionista, doutora em Saúde da Criança e do Adolescente e docente da Faculdade de Nutrição (Fanut) — e por Guilmer Brito (@guilmerbs), doutor em Educação e especialista em tecnologias educacionais pela Coordenadoria Institucional de Educação a Distância (Cied). Juntos, eles criaram uma startup alinhada à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), articulando conteúdos de saúde, educação e tecnologia.
O principal desafio foi transformar material técnico em algo didático, lúdico e atrativo para o público infantil. Para isso, os docentes apostaram em gamificação, histórias em quadrinhos (HQs) e jogos interativos. A proposta rendeu reconhecimento: a startup foi selecionada no Edital Startup Nordeste, do Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), conquistando o 9º lugar entre 40 projetos classificados.
Atualmente em fase de implementação, o material está sendo validado no mercado, com módulo físico e uma plataforma de jogos online. O desenvolvimento do projeto pode ser acompanhado pelo perfil @semeandoedunutricional.
