Não é golpe! Devedor de impostos vai receber alerta da prefeitura de BH pelo Whatsapp
São pessoas físicas e jurídicas com parcelamentos em atraso. Dentre as principais dívidas, estão os impostos Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU), Transmissão de Bens Imóveis (ITBI) e Sobre Serviços de Qualquer Natureza (ISS).
Segundo o diretor de Arrecadação, Cobrança e Dívida Ativa da PBH, Arthur Bernardo Gatasse Kalume, dentro de 15 dias cerca de 10 mil terão recebido o aviso.
Os pagamentos poderão ser realizados por meio do Sistema de emissão de DRAM (Documento de Recolhimento e Arrecadação Municipal), ou no PBH App - com o uso de Pix ou boletos. Ao todo, a gestão municipal pretende arrecadar aproximadamente R$ 15 milhões com a ação.
De acordo com o diretor, um desconto de 15% será oferecido para aqueles que realizarem o pagamento à vista. "O desconto se aplica a créditos tributários e preços públicos inscritos em dívida ativa, exceto os de natureza previdenciária. Os parcelamentos realizados no Reativa BH também não terão desconto", diz o diretor.
E o risco de golpe?
Kalume faz um alerta à população. "As mensagens da PBH serão enviadas por um contato que contém um selo de verificação, aquele 'azulzinho', que fica no canto superior esquerdo", afirma o diretor. Além disso, a mensagem ainda irá enviar links oficiais para que o contribuinte possa verificar a situação.
