Este foi o resultado da operação para fiscalizar distribuidoras de combustíveis realizada pelo Ministério Público do Ceará por meio do Programa Estadual de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor (Decon) nessa segunda-feira, 16, e terça-feira, 17.
Na última semana, os postos de combustíveis foram notificados por aumento abusivo de preços na capital.
Mesmo com o contexto global de aumento do preço do barril de petróleo, o que impacta no valor dos combustíveis, até o momento não existe justificativa econômica relacionada a eventuais reajustes nas etapas anteriores da cadeia de fornecimento.
A iniciativa do Ministério Público visa combater práticas abusivas como o aumento injustificado de preço.

A quinta foi notificada por não apresentar as notas fiscais solicitadas, configurando embaraço à fiscalização.
