O pagamento será efetuado em duas parcelas:
a primeira corresponderá a 50% sobre o valor do benefício devido na competência de abril e será paga junto aos benefícios do mês;
a segunda parcela corresponderá à diferença entre o valor total do 13º salário e a parcela antecipada. O valor será pago junto aos benefícios de maio.
Segundo o decreto, caso o benefício seja encerrado antes de 31 de dezembro de 2026, o beneficiário receberá o valor proporcional do 13º salário.

A data de pagamento leva em conta o número final do cartão de benefício, sem considerar o último dígito verificador, que aparece depois do traço.
Ainda, haverá um ajuste de contas entre o valor já pago e o valor efetivamente devido, aplicável tanto a benefícios temporários quanto a benefícios permanentes, caso a cessação ocorra antes da data programada.
O pagamento vale para beneficiários que tenham recebido em 2025:
auxílio-reclusão.
auxílio por incapacidade temporária;
auxílio-acidente;
aposentadoria;
pensão por morte; ou
auxílio-reclusão.
