O ministro André Mendonça, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, autorizou o leilão de dez carros e motos de luxo apreendidos na Operação Sem Desconto, que investiga fraudes em benefícios do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS). Os bens somam cerca de R$ 6,6 milhões.
Os veículos foram apreendidos de investigados no esquema, entre eles Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes, conhecido como Careca do INSS, e o empresário Maurício Camisotti, além de empresas ligadas aos dois.
A lista dos veículos inclui: Porsche 911 Car GTS (2024), avaliado em R$ 1.126.137,60; Porsche Panamera 4SEHY (2023), por R$ 682.078,50; BMW M3 Competition (2022), por R$ 581.732,10; Lamborghini Urus S (2020), por R$ 2.441.976,30; Porsche Taycan (2020), por R$ 763.425; Audi TT RS5 (2020), por R$ 505.465; e Audi A3 (2022), por R$ 229.815.
Também fazem parte do leilão três motos: Triumph Tiger (2020), avaliada em R$ 69.715; Suzuki GSX1300 (2023), por R$ 102.563; e BMW S1000 RR (2024), por R$ 120.851.
A venda antecipada foi solicitada pela Polícia Federal para evitar a desvalorização dos bens durante o andamento do processo.
Além do leilão, Mendonça autorizou que seis veículos sejam destinados ao uso institucional da Polícia Federal, em atividades operacionais.
A medida teve aval da Procuradoria-Geral da República, que citou a possibilidade legal de venda antecipada para preservar o valor dos bens.
