Segundo informou o senador Alessandro Vieira (MDB), relator da CPI do Crime organizado, o documento deve ser ajuizado entre esta terça e a quarta-feira (25).
O movimento é anunciado um dia depois que o ministro do STF, André Mendonça, decidiu prorrogar a Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito ( CPMI) do INSS. O Senado Federal tem 48h para oficializar a decisão, segundo decisão de Mendonça.
A decisão ainda precisa ser referendada pelo plenário do tribunal, o que deve ocorrer no julgamento marcado pelo presidente do STF, Edson Fachin, para a próxima quinta-feira (26).
Ainda de acordo com Vieira, o pedido será para que seja instalada a CPI apenas no Senado, já que uma comissão mista exige convocação de sessão do Congresso.
De autoria do senador Eduardo Girão (Novo), o requerimento para a criação da CPI do Master no Senado reuniu 51 assinaturas.
É bem mais do que as 27 assinaturas necessárias, mas agora a CPI depende da leitura do requerimento pelo presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (União), no plenário da Casa.
Há uma expectativa de que o ministro André Mendonça seja o relator do pedido, já que ele é o magistrado responsável pelo inquérito do Master na Suprem Corte.
"O pedido, pelo que eu revisei na peça, vai ser alternativo. A prevenção, se eles entenderem que é caso de prevenção, já existe um juiz para o caso Master que é André Mendonça. Se entender que essa prevenção não se estende, é sorteio", explicou Alessandro Vieira.
O prazo para o término das investigações da CPI mista é 28 de março, mas a decisão liminar e monocrática de Mendonça, que terá que ser referendada no julgamento de quinta-feira, determina que a comissão parlamentar continue por mais 120 dias.
Alcolumbre pediu um parecer jurídico para a Advocacia-Geral do Senado sobre a decisão de Mendonça.
