O ministro-chefe da Secretaria-Geral da Presidência da República, Guilherme Boulos, defendeu nesta terça-feira (24) o piso salarial a motoristas e entregadores por aplicativo. Em entrevista ao Jornal Jovem Pan, o deputado federal licenciado explicou o pacote de medidas anunciado mais cedo pelo governo federal voltado à categoria.

"As plataformas jogaram a ideia de que, se o trabalhador for pago com dignidade, o serviço vai aumentar e se tornar inviável. Isso não é verdade. A gente precisa se perguntar, enquanto sociedade, se alguém que fica embaixo de chuva e sol, se arrisca, trabalha igual doido, leva comida quente para a nossa casa, às vezes sem ter comido, se essa pessoa não merece ser tratada com dignidade", argumentou o ministro.

Sobre a remuneração, Boulos disse que o governo do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) "assumiu" a demanda dos entregadores ao propor o aumento do valor mínimo pago pelas plataformas de R$ 7,50 para R$ 10. Já o adicional por quilômetro subiria de R$ 1,50 para R$ 2,50. Em documento encaminhado ao Congresso Nacional, o Planalto sugere o fim das "entregas agrupadas" feitas em um mesmo trajeto, nas quais as empresas cobram o consumidor sem fazer o repasse aos trabalhadores.

O pacote do governo federal também estipula a instalação de pontos de apoio em cidades com maior concentração de entregadores. Esses locais devem ter banheiro, vestiário, área para alimentação, descanso e conectividade gratuita.

Como iniciativa complementar ao pacote, o Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública editou uma portaria para as plataformas serem obrigadas a informar ao consumidor o percentual do valor pago destinado ao entregador ou motorista. Os trabalhadores e os restaurantes também terão acesso à informação. A medida entra em vigor em 30 dias, período em que as empresas terão de se adequar à norma.
