A Comissão Parlamentar de Inquérito (CPI) do Crime Organizado rejeitou nesta terça, 14, o relatório final apresentado pelo senador Alessandro Vieira (MDB-SE).

Parlamentares que tendiam votar a favor do documento foram substituídos por outros que votarão contra.
Com a articulação da base governista, saíram da CPI Sergio Moro (PL-PR) e Marcos do Val (Avante-ES). No lugar, também como membros titulares, entraram Beto Faro (PT-PA) e Teresa Leitão (PT-PE).
Além disso, Soraya Thronicke (PSD-GO) substituiu Jorge Kajuru (PSD-GO) como titular, e Camilo Santana (PT-CE) entrou no lugar de Randolfe Rodrigues (PT-AP) na suplência.
O placar final, portanto, rejeitou o parecer.
Os ministros do STF
No caso de Toffoli, o documento citava julgamentos em situação de suspeição, decisões e comportamentos que, segundo o relator, indicam conflito de interesses e interferência em investigações.
Já Moraes foi apontado por atuar em processos nos quais haveria impedimento, diante de relações financeiras envolvendo o escritório de sua esposa, Viviane Barci de Moraes, sócia do escritório Barci de Moraes, com o Banco Master.
Ele também é acusado de atuar para restringir o alcance das apurações da CPI. Ao decano Gilmar Mendes, o relatório atribuiu conduta incompatível com o decoro ao anular medidas investigativas e determinar a inutilização de dados relevantes, comprometendo as investigações realizadas pela comissão.
Em relação ao procurador-geral da República, o documento sustenta que houve omissão diante de indícios considerados robustos contra autoridades. Para Vieira, houve falha no cumprimento das atribuições institucionais do PGR.
