Porteiros, cantineiras e profissionais de apoio decidiram aderir à ação após assembleia realizada na praça Afonso Arinos, na região Central de BH. Segundo a diretora do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação da Rede Pública Municipal de Belo Horizonte (Sind-REDE/BH), Vanessa Portugal, os terceirizados relatam atrasos salariais e reinvindicam o pagamento de vales refeição e transporte.
Conforme Vanessa, os funcionários chegaram a aceitar a proposta salarial oferecida pela Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte (PBH). O Executivo municipal, porém, teria recuado durante a assinatura.
Contratação de profissionais
De acordo com a diretora do Sind-REDE/BH, as instituições de ensino têm registrado a ausência de docentes. "Em algumas escolas têm faltado até 9 professores", afirma Vanessa.
A representante do sindicato ainda informou que, em reunião realizada em março deste ano, a PBH teria se comprometido em nomear 250 aprovados em concurso público. "Isso, porém, não é o suficiente. Entre nomear e o profissional trabalhar leva tempo, então ela precisa fazer isso rápido", declarou Vanessa.
Em nota, a gestão municipal informou que Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento, Orçamento e Gestão vem dialogando com as diversas categorias de servidores desde o início do ano. "As propostas apresentadas estão sendo acolhidas e analisadas quanto à viabilidade de atendimento", afirmou a PBH.
Segundo a prefeitura, uma reunião com o sindicato que representa os professores foi realizada nesta terça-feira. O Executivo Municipal ainda informou que foi oficialmente comunicado sobre a paralisação, e respeita o direito à livre manifestação. Conforme a PBH, a Secretaria Municipal de Educação atuará para minimizar eventuais impactos da paralisação nas escolas.
