Motoristas de aplicativo e entregadores realizam uma manifestação na região Centro-Sul de Belo Horizonte nesta terça-feira (14) para protestar contra o projeto de lei em tramitação na Câmara dos Deputados que regulamenta a atividade no Brasil. Conforme representantes da categoria, a medida não assegura renda justa aos profissionais, além de manter as taxas abusivas.
A convocação nacional, organizada pela Federação dos Motoristas por Aplicativos do Brasil (FEMBRAPP), foi aderida por motoristas de aplicativo de diversas capitais do país. Em BH, a mobilização foi encabeçada pela Frente de Apoio Nacional ao Motorista Autônomo (FANMA) e teve início às 10h, na Praça do Papa, no bairro Mangabeiras. Depois, a carreata seguiu no sentido Centro, passando em frente à Prefeitura, onde os manifestantes cobraram uma posição do prefeito Álvaro Damião (União).
Vídeos divulgados pela Chofferando, comunidade de motoristas que participou da mobilização, mostram os representantes da categoria cobrando uma intervenção do chefe do executivo em relação ao PLP 152/2025, além de criticarem as condições que a categoria enfrenta na capital. "BH é uma cidade cheia de eventos, mas não há local nesses espaços para os motoristas de aplicativo. Somos frequentemente multados na porta desses eventos".
