À Justiça foi informado que trata-se de um detento de elevada periculosidade e que é identificado como uma das principais lideranças da facção criminosa Primeiro Comando de Vitória (PCV).
Partiria dele ordens, controle do tráfico de drogas, gestão da estrutura criminosa e determinação de ações violentas. Durante anos ele figurou na lista dos criminosos mais procurados, estava foragido desde 2017 e foi detido em março de 2024.
E já havia recomendação da própria unidade onde ele está custodiado, no Paraná, para que lá permanecesse.
Em novembro do ano passado Marujo recebeu outra condenação criminal, com uma pena de mais 30 anos de reclusão. Crime no qual foi cortada a cabeça do adversário.
CONTROLE
Marujo assumiu o comando do grupo criminoso quando outras cinco lideranças do PCV foram transferidas para a unidade federal em Rondônia, o que ocorreu em 2021, após a realização pelo MP da Operação Armistício.
Local onde ainda permanecem João de Andrade, Carlos Alberto Furtado da Silva, Geovane de Andrade Bento, Geovani Otacílio de Souza e Pablo Bernardes.
À Justiça, o MP relatou que mesmo após o isolamento destes presos, a organização criminosa se manteve ativa e reorganizada. E que passou a operar por meio de novos intermediários e estruturas descentralizadas, o que sinaliza que Marujo poderia retomar o controle da facção voltando para o Estado.
No último dia 13, um sétimo integrante da mesma organização criminosa, Cleuton Gomes Pereira, o Frajola, foi enviado para a Penitenciária Federal de Porto Velho (RO), também a pedido do Gaeco.
A área de atuação do grupo de Frajola, a Região 5 de Vila Velha, reúne mais de 20 bairros e tem sido alvo de ataques na disputa com rivais do tráfico de drogas desde o ano passado, com várias vítimas.
Entre as ações por eles planejadas, foi identificada a criação de um 'núcleo de inteligência' para rastrear e executar rivais do tráfico de drogas. Os alvos seriam os integrantes do Terceiro Comando Puro (TCP), com ligações ao Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
