O governador interino do Amazonas, Roberto Cidade (União), anunciou um pacote inicial de medidas voltadas às forças de segurança do estado, incluindo a definição da data-base com reajuste de 4,14% e o pagamento de salário integral a alunos-soldados.

Durante o anúncio, Cidade destacou que a recomposição salarial referente a 2024 começará a ser paga a partir de novembro. Segundo ele, o impacto financeiro da medida será significativo para os cofres estaduais.
"Só para vocês terem ideia, isso vai, a partir do ano que vem, só dos recursos do estado do Amazonas, ser em torno de R$ 160 milhões. É um valor muito significativo", afirmou.
O governador interino ressaltou que, apesar dos avanços, não é possível atender integralmente todos os pleitos neste momento.
"Naturalmente que a gente tem que ter muita responsabilidade com os recursos públicos e fazer o que é possível. A gente não tem condições financeiras nesse momento de atender todos os pleitos da segurança pública, porque também daqui a pouco vão vir outras categorias: saúde, educação, setor primário", declarou.
Cidade também reforçou que a gestão precisa garantir a continuidade dos serviços essenciais. "A gente tem que ter muita responsabilidade com as contas públicas, porque a gente precisa manter os serviços essenciais funcionando. Então é dessa forma que a gente vai seguir", completou.
Além do reajuste, o pagamento integral aos alunos-soldados foi destacado como uma medida relevante para valorização e fortalecimento da formação na área de segurança.
O governador interino sinalizou ainda que novas negociações com as categorias devem ocorrer após o dia 4 de maio, data marcada para a eleição indireta ao governo do Amazonas na Assembleia Legislativa do Amazonas.
