PF prende ex-presidente do BRB durante operação contra corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro

Em nota, a concessionária, que é controlada pela Arena360, afirma que "o encerramento da utilização da marca "BRB" como naming rights dos equipamentos" ocorrerá em 23 de abril.
"Gradualmente serão retiradas todas as marcas, identificações e demais elementos visuais associados, em um processo conduzido de forma planejada e coordenada entre as partes. A Arena BSB SPE destaca que a readequação não impactará a continuidade das atividades do complexo, que será operado normalmente, e registra seu reconhecimento pela parceria institucional estabelecida com o Banco de Brasília pelo período de 2022 a 2026", diz a nota.
Desde 2022, quando o estádio passou a se chamar Arena BRB, cerca de 7 milhões de pessoas circularam pelo complexo em aproximadamente 700 eventos entre shows, jogos de futebol, feiras e eventos corporativos.
A concessionária do Mané Garrincha assinou contrato para administrar o complexo em 2019, após vencer um certame promovido pelo governo do Distrito Federal. O contrato, que tem vigência de 35 anos, prevê o pagamento anual de R$ 5,05 milhões ao governo distrital por ano e mais 5% da receita do complexo.

O BRB aprovou em assembleia de acionistas nesta quarta-feira o aumento do capital social de até R$ 8,8 bilhões para cobrir o rombo da instituição financeira ocasionado pelas transações que realizou com o Banco Master, de Daniel Vorcaro.
