Um professor de futsal, de 43 anos, foi preso nesta quarta-feira (22), pelo crime de estupro de vulnerável praticado contra um aluno de 10 anos, integrante de um projeto vinculado ao Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (Cras) do bairro Redenção, zona centro-oeste de Manaus.

De acordo com o delegado Jeferson Vicente, delegado adjunto da Delegacia Especializada em Proteção à Criança e ao Adolescente (Depca), as investigações iniciaram após a madrasta da criança descobrir no celular do filho, mensagens de cunho sexual enviadas pelo professor.

"A madrasta desconfiou por causa do comportamento suspeito da criança com o professor e, em razão disso, ela realizou um espelhamento do WhatsApp que a criança utilizava para conversar com o professor. Ela teve acesso a todas as conversas, que eram conversas bastante íntimas entre os dois", explicou o delegado.

Durante a escuta especializada, a própria vítima confirmou que o suspeito a convidava para sua residência antes dos treinos, onde praticava beijos, toques corporais e outros atos libidinosos.

"O professor levava as crianças para sua casa e da sua casa levava pro projeto. Enquanto eles estavam na sua casa, ele disponibilizava para as crianças jogos, brincadeiras e uma criança específica ele levava para seu quarto e ficava lá sozinho com essa criança e era nesse momento que eram realizados os abusos", descreveu.

O homem foi preso e responderá pelo crime de crime de estupro de vulnerável, após passar por audiência de custódia, ele ficará a disposição do Poder Judiciário.
