Ele era apontado como coordenador operacional de um esquema que teria acessado indevidamente sistemas sigilosos da PF, do Ministério Público Federal e da Interpol, além de corromper servidores do Banco Central.
A operação resultou também na prisão de Vorcaro, dono do banco, de seu cunhado Fabiano Zettel e do policial federal aposentado Marilson Roseno da Silva, com bloqueio judicial de bens que chega a R$ 22 bilhões.
