247 - O banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, controlador do Banco Master, teria relatado em mensagens obtidas pela Polícia Federal (PF) que sofreu pressões para autorizar pagamentos ao resort Tayayá, empreendimento localizado em Ribeirão Claro (PR) e ligado ao ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Dias Toffoli. As conversas, extraídas do celular do banqueiro, integram relatório enviado ao STF nesta semana e estão sob análise da Procuradoria-Geral da República.

A revelação foi publicada pelo jornal O Estado de S. Paulo, com base em diálogos entre Vorcaro e seu cunhado, o pastor Fabiano Zettel, também investigado pela PF. Segundo a reportagem, Zettel teria atuado como operador do banqueiro no encaminhamento e execução dos repasses relacionados ao resort.

De acordo com o conteúdo do relatório, Vorcaro autorizou transferências que somaram cerca de R$ 35 milhões ao Tayayá. O empreendimento teve participação societária, até 2025, da empresa Maridt, vinculada ao ministro e a familiares.

Em maio de 2024, Vorcaro cobrou Zettel sobre um aporte ao empreendimento. "Você não resolveu o aporte do fundo Tayayá? Estou em situação ruim", escreveu o banqueiro, conforme a transcrição obtida pela PF. O cunhado respondeu: "Te perguntei se poderia ser semana que vem e você disse que sim".

Em seguida, Zettel encaminhou ao banqueiro uma lista de pagamentos para aprovação, na qual constava a anotação "Tayaya - 15", que, segundo a reportagem, poderia ser referência a um repasse de R$ 15 milhões. Vorcaro respondeu de forma objetiva: "Paga tudo hoje".

Meses depois, em agosto de 2024, Vorcaro voltou a cobrar informações sobre o tema. "Aquele negócio do Tayayá não foi feito?", perguntou. Após ser informado de que o dinheiro teria sido transferido a um intermediário, reagiu: "Cara, me deu um puta problema. Onde tá a grana?". Zettel respondeu: "No fundo dono do Tayayá. Transfiro as cotas dele".

O banqueiro então pediu um levantamento completo dos aportes já realizados. "Me fala tudo que já foi feito até hoje", solicitou. O cunhado respondeu: "Pagamos 20 milhões lá atrás. Agora mais 15 milhões".

A inclusão das mensagens no relatório encaminhado ao STF aumentou a pressão para que Toffoli se afastasse da relatoria de processos envolvendo o Banco Master. Na quinta-feira (12), após reunião com os demais ministros da Corte, Toffoli deixou o caso a pedido.

Procurado, o ministro afirmou não ser "administrador nem gestor da Maridt". Em nota anterior, também negou ter recebido repasses de Vorcaro ou de Zettel. Nesta semana, porém, reconheceu ser sócio da empresa familiar, que manteve participação no Tayayá até fevereiro de 2025.

A Maridt vendeu parte de sua participação no resort, em 2021, a fundos de investimento controlados por Zettel. Em fevereiro de 2025, negociou o restante da fatia com a PHB Holding. O ministro também já reconheceu ter recebido dividendos da empresa ligada à sua família.

Em nota divulgada anteriormente, Toffoli afirmou que a participação societária no empreendimento foi encerrada antes de ele assumir a relatoria de ação envolvendo o Banco Master no STF. A defesa de Daniel Vorcaro não se manifestou.
