247 - O Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) divulgou neste domingo (15) uma nota em que critica o que classificou como "ataque" a ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) após o ministro Dias Toffoli deixar a relatoria do caso envolvendo o Banco Master.
No texto, o partido afirma que defende a apuração das denúncias relacionadas ao banco, mas rejeita manifestações que, segundo a legenda, configuram julgamento antecipado e tentativa de enfraquecimento da Corte.
"O PT não vai fazer coro com nenhum oportunismo autoritário", diz a nota.
A sigla acrescenta que não apoiará "pré-julgamento e linchamento de ninguém".
O comunicado também menciona a necessidade de reformas institucionais, inclusive no Judiciário, mas ressalta que essas mudanças não podem ser associadas a iniciativas que atentem contra a ordem democrática.
"Por mais que seja urgente uma profunda reforma nas instituições brasileiras, reforma político eleitoral, nosso atual modelo de democracia representativa está carcomido, é urgente também uma reforma no poder Judiciário, mas essa necessidade não pode ser confundida com nenhum movimento fascista, organizado, que busca enfraquecer as instituições que sustentam o regime democrático", afirma o partido.
Em outro trecho, o PT declara: "Temos que apurar todas as denúncias, mas esse ataque aos ministros do STF, sem o direito de defesa, enfraquece o Judiciário, alimenta o sentimento antissistema, e pavimenta o caminho do autoritarismo".
A saída de Dias Toffoli da relatoria foi definida em reunião realizada na quinta-feira (12), com a presença dos dez ministros que atualmente compõem o tribunal. O encontro ocorreu sem auxiliares ou técnicos.
