O Ministério Público Junto ao Tribunal de Contas da União formalizou nesta quarta-feira 18 uma representação para que a Corte de Contas apure o acesso ilegal de dados relacionados a ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal e seus familiares por servidores da Receita Federal.
A ação é assinada pelo subprocurador-geral Lucas Rocha Furtado, que pede a "adoção das medidas necessárias" para apurar o caso. Furtado citou os acontecimentos mais recentes envolvendo o assunto como justificativa pelo o que motivou a representação.
