De acordo com o órgão corregedor, além de agressões físicas, o soldado teria feito ameaças contra os militares que atendiam a ocorrência, um deles seu superior hierárquico, declarando: "Vocês vão se foder, seus recrutas, eu vou matar vocês".
"Ao ser cientificado da voz de prisão, desferiu um soco no rosto do CPU (sargento), quebrando seus óculos, sendo necessária a contenção por quatro policiais militares, com uso progressivo da força", informa representação encaminhada à Justiça Militar.
Novo inquérito
Na última segunda-feira (23), Marcelo teve a sua prisão em flagrante convertida para preventiva em audiência de custódia, em decorrência da violência praticada contra sua companheira, alvo das agressões, no âmbito da Lei Maria da Penha.
Já o novo pedido decorre de outra investigação, um IPM (inquérito policial militar) instaurado pela Corregedoria da corporação. O documento cita que houve a prática de violência e ameaça praticada contra militares em serviço. Entre os crimes identificados estão:

Desacato a superior hierárquico
Segundo a representação, o comportamento do soldado revela elevado grau de agressividade, descontrole emocional e desprezo à autoridade militar. E relata que a agressão física ao sargento teria sido acompanhada de ameaças de morte dirigidas a militares em serviço, considerado afronta à hierarquia e disciplina.
É dito ainda que a vítima das agressões também é policial militar, alvo de um histórico de agressões, ameaças e controle psicológico em seu relacionamento. O Ministério Público do Espírito Santo (MPES) já se manifestou favorável ao pedido. "A permanência do investigado em liberdade, diante da gravidade concreta de sua conduta, transmite mensagem de tolerância institucional com atos de indisciplina violenta, o que não pode ser admitido".
O advogado do militar não foi localizado, mas o espaço segue aberto à manifestação.
