O crime aconteceu em 2 de agosto de 2020. Rodinei Gleison de Oliveira, de 39 anos, foi acusado de "dedurar" os locais de armazenamento de drogas para a polícia.
Em sua denúncia, o Ministério Público do Espírito Santo (MPES) relata que a vítima era taxista e fazia "corridas" para o denunciado Alisson e outros integrantes do tráfico no bairro, realizando, inclusive, o transporte de entorpecentes, com a participação dos acusados pelo crime.
O problema surgiu quando o grupo desconfiou das ações do taxista.
Na sentença que encaminhou os três denunciados à júri popular é dito que poucos dias antes do homicídio, a Polícia Militar realizou uma grande apreensão de drogas no bairro.
"E, por esta razão, o réu Alisson começou a desconfiar que a vítima estaria passando informações para a Polícia Militar e, supostamente, teria ordenado que seus comparsas ceifassem a vida de Rodinei", informa o texto judicial.
O crime
Na sentença é informado que no dia do crime a vítima foi chamada para realizar uma corrida. Quando chegou ao bairro, dois acusados entraram no carro. Uma terceira pessoa foi em outro veículo, seguindo o taxista.
No caminho, um dos ocupantes do veículo chamou o nome do taxista e quando ele virou para responder, recebeu o primeiro tiro no pescoço. A reação da vítima foi acelerar o carro, mas foi atingido por outros disparos e terminou colidindo contra um muro.
Os passageiros do táxi, após a colisão, foram para o veículo que os seguia e fugiram do local. Foram presos entre os anos de 2020 a 2021.
Segundo o MP, o crime foi por motivo torpe, praticado de forma a dificultar a defesa da vítima. "Visto que esta realizava uma corrida de táxi, quando foi surpreendida pelo súbito ataque de seus executores, que estavam em superioridade numérica, diminuindo suas chances de esboçar qualquer reação", é dito na denúncia.
Os advogados dos réus não foram localizados. À Justiça, Gleidson Silveira Leão e Reginaldo Júnior Martins Soares negaram participação no crime, afirmando que não sabiam que o homicídio ocorreria.
A mesma afirmação fez Alisson Ferreira de Araújo, assinalando que era amigo da vítima e com ele nunca teve desentendimento.
