O ministro André Mendonça, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), decidiu nesta segunda-feira (16) proibir a Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do INSS de ter acesso a novos dados da quebra de sigilos bancário, fiscal e telemático do banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Banco Master.

Com a decisão, os dados, que estão em uma sala-cofre da CPMI, no Senado, deverão ser devolvidos para a Polícia Federal (PF). A medida foi tomada após o ministro determinar a abertura de inquérito para investigar o vazamento de conversas privada entre Vorcaro e sua ex-namorada.

Na decisão, Mendonça disse que, a partir de agora, ninguém poderá ter acesso ao material que está armazenado na sala-cofre. O ministro também determinou que a CPMI não poderá ter acesso a conteúdo sobre a vida privada de Vorcaro. A seleção do material deverá ser feita pela PF.

"A Polícia Federal deverá, em colaboração interinstitucional com a presidência da CPMI-INSS, retirar todos os equipamentos que estão armazenados no referido local para realizar uma nova e detida separação dos dados existentes", determinou o ministro.
