Polícia Federal e CGU deflagram nova fase da Operação Sem Desconto

Por Paula Laboissière - A Polícia Federal (PF) e a Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) deflagraram nesta terça-feira (17) a Operação Indébito, desdobramento da Operação Sem Desconto, que investiga esquema nacional de descontos associativos não autorizados em aposentadorias e em pensões.
Em nota, a corporação informou que policiais federais e auditores da CGU cumprem, ao todo, 19 mandados de busca e apreensão e dois mandados de prisão, além de outras medidas cautelares diversas, no Ceará e no Distrito Federal. Os mandados judiciais foram expedidos pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), em procedimentos sob a relatoria do ministro André Mendonça.
Eles têm como finalidade aprofundar as investigações da Operação Sem Desconto, para esclarecer a prática de crimes de inserção de dados falsos em sistemas oficiais, de constituição de organização criminosa, de estelionato previdenciário e de atos de ocultação e de dilapidação patrimonial.
EntendaEm abril de 2025, a PF e a CGU deflagraram a Operação Sem Desconto. As investigações identificaram a existência de irregularidades relacionadas a descontos de mensalidades associativas aplicados sobre benefícios previdenciários, principalmente aposentadorias e pensões, concedidos pelo Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS).
A estimativa é que entidades investigadas tenham descontado de aposentados e pensionistas cerca de R$ 6,3 bilhões entre 2019 e 2024. À época, pelo menos seis servidores públicos foram afastados de suas funções.
Cerca de 700 policiais federais e 80 servidores da CGU cumpriram mais de 200 mandados judiciais de busca e apreensão, ordens de sequestro de bens no valor de mais de R$ 1 bilhão e seis mandados de prisão temporária em diversos estados e no DF. (com Agência Brasil)
