Michelin Guide announces eight restaurants with Bib Gourmand seal in Rio

The Michelin Guide updated its list of restaurants in Rio de Janeiro on Monday (13). The restaurant Koral, by chef Pedro Coronha, received the Bib Gourmand seal, which recognizes establishments with good value for money. Rio now has eight restaurants with this seal.

The Michelin Guide awards the Bib Gourmand seal to establishments that provide an authentic gastronomic experience for a fair price, in addition to the famous stars. Chef Pedro Coronha was awarded by Michelin as Young Chef of 2026.
