Parliamentarians deliver INSS CPMI report to Supreme Court

2 sources · 16 Apr 2026

Parliamentarians delivered the final INSS CPMI report to ministers Luiz Fux and André Mendonça at the Supreme Court on Wednesday (15th). The report was rejected in the Chamber in March and will now be annexed to ongoing investigations.

The INSS joint congressional inquiry investigates improper deductions from program benefits, as well as the Banco Master case. The final report was not approved by the commission after government maneuvering, with President Lula's son, known as Lulinha, among those recommended for indictment.
